Domain reputation plays a crucial role in email deliverability and overall digital trust. Internet service providers and security systems use it to determine whether emails from your domain reach the inbox, are filtered into spam, or get blocked entirely. A poor reputation can disrupt communication and erode client confidence.
In this documentation, we describe how to check your domain’s reputation and provide clear steps to restore it if your score falls below acceptable standards.
Let’s get started 🚀
Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Accounts icon from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: By default, you will be navigated to the Email Accounts tab. Here, you can view all connected email accounts.
Step 3: Copy the Domain name for which you want to check the reputation.
Check Domain Reputation
A reputation checker quickly scans your domain and provides a score that shows whether it is considered safe, flagged, or at risk of being blocked.
Step 1: Open the Domain Reputation Checker application.
Step 2: Paste the copied Domain name in the provided field to check the domain reputation.
Step 3: Click on the Search icon to proceed.
Here, you can view the detailed information about your domain reputation (i.e.,-3), which means your domain is either blocklisted or marked as spam.
