Managing your inbox helps you focus on the most relevant replies by using filters and export tools built into the top navigation bar. From sorting leads by interest level to isolating campaign-specific responses, the Manage Inbox view is designed to save time and boost your reply efficiency.

Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Inbox icon from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: You will land on the Email Inbox page by default. This section shows a list of all replies received across connected email accounts.
Date Range Filter
At the top left, select a Date Range (e.g., Today, Yesterday, past 7 days, or so on) to view replies within a specific timeframe. This helps you focus on recent or active conversations.
Message Filters
Use filters to quickly sort and find relevant replies based on message type, lead status, campaign, or mailbox โ all from the top navigation bar. This helps you stay organized and focused on high-priority leads.
Filter | Description |
Type | Choose the message type: Email (default), LinkedIn, or AI chats. |
Replies | Filter to view All or Unread messages. |
Status | Filter by AI-detected status (e.g., Interested, Not Interested, Meeting Booked, Bounced, or so on). |
Mailbox | View replies from all mailboxes or a specific connected mailbox. |
AI Campaign | Narrow results to replies from a specific outreach campaign. |
Export Replies to CSV
Click the Export to CSV button (top right) to download the filtered inbox data as a spreadsheet. This is useful for sharing with your team or importing into a CRM.
Review and Act on Conversations
Click any reply to view full details and take actions like Reply, Forward, or Unenroll โ plus mark as unread or view contact info.
Bulk Actions
Use the Bulk Delete, Export to CSV, or Mark As buttons in the top right to manage multiple replies at once. This helps you quickly clear clutter, label messages, or download them.
