What are credits?
A credit is the internal usage unit for AI-powered and operational services inside B2B Rocket. Every action that uses computing resources — like generating content, sending emails, validating data, or making calls — consumes credits from your monthly balance.
What are the different types of credits?
Each major feature has its credit pool. Credit usage is based on how often you interact with a specific feature.

User Brought Mailboxes | Any mailboxes that you bring and connect to the platform (this is not the same as DFY domains & mailboxes) |

Website Intel Resolutions | Companies that are successfully identified through our Website Intel product |
Knowledge Center Pages | This is content that your AI Agents have access to |
AI Voice Agent Minutes | AI calls made to contacts |
AI Task Credits | Used to run all AI-based tasks on the platform |

How many credits are included per plan?
The credits on the table below are what's currently included with each plan, and reset on a monthly basis according to your subscription billing cycle.

What happens when you hit your limit?
When you exhaust your monthly credits for any feature:
That specific feature is paused.
Other features with remaining credits continue working.
You’ll receive alerts in the app and by email.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, some features can be purchased self-serve via Billing > Add-ons.
For other features which are not self-serve yet, you must email support to request more credits.
We’ll notify you as more features become eligible for self-serve top-ups. For more information, see the Subscription and Billing documents.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits do not roll over.
Example: If your plan includes 5,000 lead exports and you use only 3,200, the remaining 1,800 credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. |
At the end of each billing cycle, your credit balance resets to the monthly quota for your plan. Credits reset on your billing anniversary date (not the calendar month).
Example: If your billing date is August 4, all credits will reset on the 4th of each following month. |
How to track your usage
You can view your credit usage and limits at any time by navigating to:
Go to Settings and click on the Billing tab.
There, you'll see a breakdown by feature, including:
Used credits
Total monthly allowance
Reset date
This helps ensure you don’t run out unexpectedly and lets you plan outreach volume accordingly.
