Billing (Usage & Subscription Limits)

Managing your plan efficiently starts with understanding how your credits are being used. The Billing section gives you a clear snapshot of your current usage, remaining quotas, and available add-ons, across AI features, email sending, contact lookups, and more.

This guide will walk you through how to navigate the Billing panel, interpret usage metrics, and manage subscription details effectively, ensuring you stay informed, within limits, and ready to scale.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon from the bottom-left sidebar.

Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.

Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Billing tab.

This page provides insights into your available feature credits, current usage versus quota, and key subscription dates (activation, reset, expiry).

Billing Overview Panel

At the top-right corner of the Billing tab, youโ€™ll find a quick summary box showing important subscription timing:

Description

Purchased on

The date your current subscription or credit package was purchased.

Resets on

The next reset date is when usage counters go back to zero.

Note: These may display N/A if no subscription or active credits are currently applied.

Usage Categories

Track your feature usage and remaining limits across all key service categories in one place.

AI Writer

Tracks usage of AI-powered features (e.g., writing assistant, voice agents).

Email Sending

Monitors the number of emails sent through the platform.

Email Validation

Reflects how many email addresses have been verified.

Contact Lookups

Counts how many contacts or leads have been searched/revealed.

Voice Agent Minutes

Tracks the number of minutes used by the AI voice calling system.

Forward Call Minutes

Measures the minutes used for forwarding a call through the system.

Add-Ons

Boost your plan with powerful extras designed to extend functionality and enhance outreach.

Step 1: Click on the Manage Addon button.

Step 2: A new window will appear, where you can enhance your plan with addons from the following:

  • LinkedIn Accounts: Unlock LinkedIn automation tools for profile visits, connection requests, and messaging.

  • AI Voice Agent Minutes: Get additional minutes for AI-powered voice calling to scale your outreach with ease.

Step 3: Once selected, click on the Continue button.
