Stay in control of your workspace by easily managing your subscription plan. The Subscription section provides a comprehensive overview of your billing tier, allows you to compare available plans, and gives access to your full invoice history โ all in one place.
In this documentation, weโll walk you through reviewing your current subscription, updating your plan, and checking past invoices.

Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon in the bottom left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.
Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Subscription tab.
You are now on the Subscription page, where you can view and manage all subscription-related details.
View Current Plan
Quickly check the details of your active subscription plan and take action if needed.
Step 1: Click the View Current Plan button in the top-right corner of the Subscription page.
Step 2: A dropdown will appear displaying:
Current Plan Name (e.g., Scale Package Quarterly) and a refresh icon to reload the latest plan status.
Cancel Subscription
To cancel your current subscription. Click the Cancel Subscription button from the dropdown panel.
Note: A confirmation dialog may appear to confirm the cancellation. Proceed only if you wish to deactivate billing and end access to premium features.
Compare Plans
Compare features and pricing across all available plans directly from the Subscription page.

Note: All plans are billed yearly by default.
Step 1: Use the Toggle switch on each plan card to confirm you are viewing yearly billing.
Step 2: Click Update Plan under any plan to activate a new tier.
Manage Subscription
Click the Manage Subscription button to access your billing portal and to update your payment method.
Use the Refetch button to refresh the plan and billing status if recent changes arenโt yet visible.
Invoice List
Your Invoice List section displays a full history of charges associated with your account.
Each row includes:
Element | Description |
Invoice | Downloadable PDF of the invoice |
Amount Due | Total billed amount |
Amount Paid | Confirmation of payment |
Invoice Date | Date the invoice was issued |
Actions | Button to view or download the invoice |
Actions Available:
Download (Icon): Downloads the invoice as a PDF
View: Opens the invoice in a new window
