Blocking specific email addresses or domains helps maintain accurate, compliant, and error-free outreach by preventing emails from unsubscribed, duplicate, or restricted recipients.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon from the bottom-left sidebar.

Step 2: Select Settings from the Account icon to open the Settings page.

Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Block List tab.

This page displays your current list of blocked emails and domains, with options to check added emails, download files, or view entries using the action icons.

Block List Types

Use the Block List to prevent emails from being sent to unsubscribed contacts, invalid addresses, or restricted organizations. You can block individual email addresses or entire domains, depending on your outreach needs.

Emails Block List

Blocking email addresses prevents messages from being sent to unsubscribed, invalid, or restricted contacts, helping maintain clean and compliant outreach.

Step 1: Click the Import Emails button.

Step 2: A dialog box will appear to upload a CSV of email addresses to block.

Domains Block List

Blocking entire domains prevents outreach to all email addresses under those domains β€” useful for avoiding competitors, sensitive organizations, or known unsubscribed groups.

Step 1: Click the Import Domains button.

Step 2: A dialog box will appear to upload a CSV of domains to block.

Manage Block List Types

Step 1: Hover over the green check icon to see how many entries were successfully uploaded.

Step 2: Click the download icon to save a copy of the uploaded file.

Step 3: Click the eye icon to view the list of blocked emails or domains from the file.
