Add Domain To Blocklist

Updated over a week ago

Domain blocklisting helps you maintain a clean and efficient lead database by preventing communication with email addresses from unwanted, invalid, or risky domains. This improves email deliverability, reduces spam or bounce rates, and ensures your outreach targets only high-quality prospects. You can block domains directly from the leads dashboard or add them manually through the blocklist view.

In this documentation, we will explore the steps to:

Step 1: Select the checkbox next to the lead whose email domain you want to block.

Alternatively, you can select multiple checkboxes to block domains from several leads at once.

Step 2: After selecting the checkboxes, click on the drop-down arrow at the top and select β€œAdd Domain to Blocklists” from the drop-down menu.

You will see a flash message saying Successfully Added to Blocklists.

Step 3: To view all blocked domains, click on the Filter and select Domain Blocklist.

Step 4: After clicking on Domain Blocklist, you will be navigated to the blocklist dashboard, where you will see all the blocked domains.

Manually Add Domain to Blocklist

This allows you to quickly exclude specific domains from future communications, ensuring your campaigns reach only your intended audience.

Step 1: From the Domain Blocklist dashboard. Click on the Add Domain button in the top right corner.

Step 2: A modal window titled "Add Domain" will appear. Enter the domain names you want to block, then click the Add Domain button to add them to the blocklist.

After clicking Add Domain, the entered domains will be listed in the Domain Blocklist dashboard.
