Email Blocklist helps you maintain a clean and efficient lead database by preventing further communication with invalid, bounced, or unwanted email addresses. This improves email deliverability, reduces bounce rates, and ensures your outreach efforts focus only on high-quality leads. You can block emails directly from the leads dashboard or add them manually through the blocklist view.

Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Leads icon on the left side of the interface.

Step 2: You will navigate to the leads dashboard, here you will see all the leads.

Allows you to efficiently remove low-quality or unresponsive lead emails from future engagement, improving campaign performance and maintaining data quality.

Step 1: Select the checkbox next to the lead whose email you want to add to the blocklist.

Alternatively, you can select multiple checkboxes to add several leads' emails to the blocklist.

Step 2: After selecting the checkboxes, click on the drop-down arrow at the top and select “Add Email to Blocklists” from the drop-down.

You will see a flash message saying Successfully Added to Blocklists.

Step 3: Once the leads' emails are added to the blocklist, click on the Filter and select Email Blocklist to view all the blocked email addresses.

Step 4: After clicking on Email Blocklist, you will be navigated to the blocklist dashboard, where you will see all the blocked email addresses.

Allows you to quickly exclude specific lead emails from future communications, ensuring targeted and efficient engagement with high-quality prospects.

Step 1: Click on the Filter and select Email Blocklist.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the Email Blocklist dashboard. Click on the Add Emails button in the top right corner.

Step 3: A modal window titled "Add Email" will appear. Write the email addresses you want to block, then click the Add Email button to add them to the blocklist.

After clicking the Add Email button, the entered email addresses will be added to the Email Blocklist dashboard.
