Manage Email Blocklist

Maintaining a high-quality lead database is essential for effective email marketing and campaign performance. Once the email blocklist is added, you can manage unresponsive, invalid, or low-value email addresses by preventing them from receiving future communications. This helps protect your sender reputation, improve deliverability rates, and ensure your outreach efforts are targeted and efficient.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the leads icon on the left side of the interface.

Step 2: You will navigate to the leads dashboard, click on the Filter, and select Email Blocklist to view all the blocked email addresses.

Step 3: After clicking on Email Blocklist, you will be navigated to the blocklist dashboard, where you will see all the blocked email addresses.

Search

Quickly find blocked emails to keep your list clean and improve deliverability. Click on the search box and enter the email address you want to find.

Export

The option allows you to download a copy of all the blocked email addresses for review or backup purposes.

Click on the Export button located in the top right corner to download a file containing all the blocked email addresses.

Delete

The option allows you to remove selected email addresses from the blocklist, restoring their eligibility for future communications.

Step 1: Select the checkboxes next to the emails you want to delete.

Step 2: Click on the Delete button at the top right corner of the screen to remove the selected email addresses from the blocklist.

Step 3: A modal window will appear asking for confirmation. Click the Delete button to permanently remove the selected email from the blocklist.

After clicking the Delete button, a confirmation message saying "Successfully deleted!.
