White Label Overview
Updated over 3 weeks ago

Welcome to B2B Rocket’s White Label feature! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about setting up, customizing, and managing your White Label account.

For a quick overview, be sure to also watch the video below.

1. Overview

Once you log into your B2B Rocket account, head to the White Label tab.

Here, you’ll see six sub-tabs that contain all the settings and tools you need to run your White Label platform:

  1. Manage Accounts

  2. Branding Management

  3. SEO

  4. Custom Domain

  5. Plans

  6. Support Center

2. Manage Accounts

Adding New Users

  • Click on the Add New User button to create a new user account.

  • From here, you can view and manage all users under your White Label setup.

Assigning and Managing Plans

  • You can create custom plans (see the Plans tab section below) or use pre-made templates.

  • To assign a plan to a user, go to Manage Accounts, find the user’s entry, and select the plan you want to assign.

  • Users can be categorized as Free, Paid, Disabled, or Inactive. You can toggle these states in the dropdown next to each user.

Disabling and Re-Enabling Users

  • If you need to disable a user temporarily, switch them to “Disabled” in the dropdown menu.

  • Disabled users appear in the Disabled list.

  • To re-enable them, simply switch them back to an active status.

Agency Approach: Logging in as a User (Magic Link)

  • Clicking Manage MagicLink lets you log into a user’s account.

  • This is useful for agencies that set up campaigns on behalf of clients or when you need to troubleshoot user issues.

3. Branding Management

Under Branding Management, you can configure your overall look and feel:

Company Name

  • Enter your company name in the text field.

  • You can toggle its visibility on or off, depending on your preference (e.g., if your name is too long or you’d rather keep it hidden).

Primary and Secondary Brand Colors

  • Select your two main brand colors.

  • These colors appear throughout the user interface (buttons, headers, links, etc.).

  • Experiment with different contrasts to ensure an appealing and consistent look.

Logo and Favicon

  • The main logo appears in the platform’s sidebar/menu.

  • The favicon is the tiny icon visible in browser tabs.

  • Upload your own files to customize how your brand is displayed to your users.

4. SEO Settings

Under the SEO tab, you can set how your White Label platform appears in search engines or browser tabs:

Meta Title

  • The page title shown in browser tabs and search results.

  • Example: “Best Email Marketing Software – YourCompany”

Meta Description

  • A short summary (a few lines) describing your platform, displayed below the meta title in search engine results.

Meta Tagline

  • A brief, catchy phrase (like a slogan) that represents your brand or product.

  • Example: “AI-Powered Outreach, Made Simple.”

5. Custom Domain

If you don’t want users to see “b2brocket.ai” anywhere, you can set up your own domain or subdomain:

Login Domain

  • This is where your users will sign in. For example, app.yourdomain.com.

  • Once set up, your branding (logo, colors, company name) will appear on the login page, not B2B Rocket’s.

Email Tracking Domains & Verification

  • You can customize email tracking domains (for link tracking, opens, etc.).

  • Follow the steps in the platform or consult the Help Center article for detailed DNS setup instructions.

6. Plans

Creating a New Plan

  1. Click Add New Plan.

  2. Either use one of B2B Rocket’s existing plan templates (e.g., “Basic,” “Pro,” “Unlimited”) or build a plan from scratch.

  3. Toggle features on or off and adjust credits and usage limits as you wish.

Assigning Plans to Users

  • After creating a plan, return to Manage Accounts.

  • Select the user and assign them the plan you created (Basic, Pro, etc.).

  • Assigning a paid plan sets your user’s billing date and aligns with your own billing cycle. For instance, if you assign a plan on March 11, the plan renews on April 11.

7. Support Center

Under Support Center, you can redirect users to your own help resources:

  • Add any URL (for example, a Notion page, Knowledge Base, or your company’s support site).

  • When users click the Support link in your platform, they’ll be taken to the URL you specify.

8. Key Takeaways and Best Practices

  1. Start with Plan Templates: Many partners mirror B2B Rocket’s existing plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Unlimited) and adjust them as needed.

  2. Consistent Branding: Keep logos, colors, and domain consistent for a polished user experience.

  3. Agency/Client Model: If you manage accounts on behalf of your clients, use the Magic Link feature to log in as them and set up campaigns or troubleshoot issues directly.

  4. Billing Date Alignment: Assigning a plan sets the user’s billing cycle. Plan accordingly for your own billing records.

  5. Ask for Help: If you encounter any issues or if you need more advanced customization, reach out to the B2B Rocket support team.

We’re excited to have you on board as a White Label partner!
