Set Up Custom Domain
This section guides you through the process of entering your desired domain and configuring DNS settings to link your custom domain to the platform.
Step 1: Enter your desired domain in the Your Domain or Subdomain field.
Note: You can enter a subdomain like app.yourdomain.com or use your main domain like yourdomain.com. If you choose a subdomain, ensure you have permission to create DNS records for it. |
Step 2: Add the CNAME Record to Your DNS Settings.
To point your custom domain to our platform, add a CNAME Record to your DNS provider's settings such as Namecheap or Cloudfare.
Attribute | Description |
Type | The type of DNS record. For this, it’s a CNAME record. |
Name | The subdomain or root domain. Use "@" for the root domain or a specific subdomain (e.g., "app"). |
Value | The target for the CNAME record. Use partners.s.b2brocket.ai. This is the URL your users will enter to access your platform. By default, it is partners.b2brocket.ai. |
Verify Your Domain
This section helps you confirm that your custom domain is correctly set up by verifying the CNAME record.
Step 1: Once the CNAME record is added, click Verify Record to confirm that your domain is correctly configured
Note: If the "Verified" badge doesn’t appear immediately, wait a few minutes and click Verify again. |
Domain & Email Verification
This section helps you through the process of verifying your domain and associated email, which will be used to send notifications and invitations to your users, ensuring full integration with the platform.
Step 1: Enter your domain name (e.g., clickcluckphoto.com) in the Your Domain field.
Step 2: Enter the associated email address (e.g., [email protected]) in the Your Email field.

Once the domain and email are verified, you’ll receive confirmation that your custom domain is fully set up and ready to use.
External DNS Settings
DNS settings for your domain are managed externally by your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, cPanel). As such, the process of setting DNS records can vary depending on the provider.
To assist with this, we recommend checking with your domain provider or DNS manager for the most up-to-date instructions. Below is a table with direct links to DNS documentation for popular domain providers:

GoDaddy | |
cPanel | |
