User Brought Mailboxes Add-on
Users can now connect their own mailboxes for sending emails, offering more control and cost efficiency. Each connected mailbox is billed at $2/month and displayed in the billing details for transparency.

This new add-on enables users to expand their Knowledge Center capacity by purchasing additional page blocks ($10/month per 1,000 pages). The added capacity is reflected immediately and scales with user needs.

Logs Functionality in the Usage & Features Tab

A new Reconnect button lets users quickly restore disconnected mailboxes directly from the Email Accounts page. Once reconnected, mailbox status updates automatically across all relevant views.
