The B2B Rocket integration with Zapier allows you to automate workflows by syncing your B2B Rocket leads with thousands of other apps supported by Zapier. Getting Started

Follow these step-by-step instructions to connect your B2B Rocket account with Zapier:

  1. Login to B2B Rocket

    • Select "Integrations" from the available options.


  3. Enable the Zapier Integration

    • Find the Zapier integration option and toggle it to ON.

    • After enabling, you'll be provided with an API Key. Copy this key as you’ll need it later during the setup in Zapier.

  4. Login to Zapier

    • Open a new tab and log in to your Zapier account. If you don't have one yet, create an account on Zapier.

  5. Create a New Zap

    • Once logged in, click on the “Create a Zap” button.


  6. Zap Starting Point

    • Click on the 1st trigger step, search B2B Rocket from the search bar and select it.


  7. Enter Your API Key

    • Click on the B2B Rocket trigger and a menu will appear on the right-side of your screen. Click on the account box to add your B2B Rocket account.

    • Enter the email address of your primary B2B Rocket account in the first box.

    • In the next box, paste the API Key you copied from B2B Rocket. This connects Zapier with B2B Rocket.


  8. Set Up Your Workflow (Zap)

    • After connecting, you can now create workflows (called Zaps) to automate tasks. For example, you can choose to sync your B2B Rocket leads with other apps, like your CRM, email platform, or a spreadsheet.
