On the conversations page you'll be able to see a history of the real-time chats that your prospects had with your AI Agents along with any emails that prospects replied to:

Agent Conversations

AI Agents will do their best to effectively communicate the value of your company / product / service and will always push prospects toward booking a meeting with you to discuss more. To view their chat history, click the Conversations subtab.

Email Replies

As prospects reply to the emails from your AI Agents they will appear here. By default, only interested replies will be shown. If you'd like to see all other types of emails you can click the Status drop-down menu to see more.

Need to change an incorrect status? Simply select the new status from the provided dropdown menu.
