AI Agent Responsibility -- this field is only visible to you, so feel free to be as brief or detailed as you'd like. Most people use this field to document territories, team members assigned, service/product being marketed, etc.
Agent First Name -- give your AI Agent a name! Feel free to be creative and make one up or use your own name! Surnames are optional.
Agent Title/Role -- give your AI Agent a title. This DOES affect engagement, so be sure to pick a title that makes sense and is relevant. For example... If you work with schools, it wouldn't make sense for a Sales Rep to reach out, instead the title could be "School Partnership Manager".
Agent Location -- this can be either your location or the location of your company's HQ. We use this information for email compliance purposes only.
Agent Company Name -- this is the company name that you'd like shown in your emails to prospects. Write it EXACTLY as you'd like it shown, both in the email body and also in the email signature.

Targeting filters will hone in on your ideal prospect. While it may seem like a good idea to use as many filters as possible, we recommend erring on the side of less filters. The goal is to find a balance of quality vs quantity. Remember, your AI Agents email at scale, meaning if you get hyper-specific it could cause your agents to stop performing after only a few days, and they'll need manual intervention before they will resume.

Not sure how to fill in stage 3?
Not sure how to fill in stage 3?
There are multiple sections within stage 3. Below is a breakdown of each section:
Background Information
Background Information
In each section below there is a 50 word maximum.
Describe Your Company
Provide high-level information about your company.
This section should be ONLY about your company. Don't talk about your products/service, instead focus on why your company exists. What makes you unique/special?
Describe your Product/Service
Include information that showcases your expertise and highlights your key selling points.
Make sure to tailor your writing to your target audience. If your product/service solves multiple problems, focus on what this group needs the most.
Showcase Your Success Stories
Provide 1 or 2 examples that demonstrate a problem, solution, or outcome from a client using your product/service.
Providing numbers, percentages, etc. is a great way to capture attention and WOW your prospects.
Tailor your success story to your target demographic. Don't compare Apples to Oranges.
For example: If your software reduced expenses for a warehouse, and your target audience is mom & pop e-commerce stores, then the comparison really does not mean much. It's hard for a small business owner to see the value you brought to a larger and more complex organization.
Copywriting Enrichment Data
Copywriting Enrichment Data
Select the data that you think will be most helpful in providing context to the AI when generating emails. Selecting these options does not mean the AI will use these points in every email, rather the points will only be used if they make sense and provide valuable context to the emails.

Write your own -- This feature allows you to really get creative! Just make sure your subject line is not salsey or spammy.
Email Structure
Email Structure
These filters allow you to alter the writing style of your AI Agents.
Creativeness -- This determines how much creative freedom you're giving your AI Agents. Low creativity means the agent will use mostly the information that you provide in your descriptions, while High creativity gives the agent more flexibility to draw conclusions and come up with unique statements.
Length -- These filters will allow for variations in email length. A shorter email may be great for getting right to the point, while a longer email allows for more opportunities for personalization.
Tone -- Give your agent a tone that matches your brand. If your prospects tend to be very corporate then you'd likely use a business professional tone, while on the other hand if your prospects are typically a bit more laid back you could go with a casual tone instead.
Language -- There are 3 options that you can choose which will determine the written language of your emails.
Default (English) -- By default, emails are written in English.
Prospect's Native Language -- This is a great option if you have multiple countries in your target audience filters. The agent will look at the prospect's location and write the email in the official language of the country/region they are located in.
France = French
United Kingdom = English
Sweden = Swedish
Etc.
Choose A Language -- This will allow you to choose 1 language to override the default language with. Meaning all emails will be generated in ONLY the language you choose.

Call-To-Action
Call-To-Action
Personalized Video + AI Chat Agent
Personalized Video + AI Chat Agent
This call-to-action model allows users to record a personal video message that their AI Agent can send to every lead it emails. You can record a video directly on the device you're currently using, or you can record on another device and upload the file.
Best Practices & Recommendations for AI Videos
Best Practices & Recommendations for AI Videos
Videos should be no longer than 45 seconds.
Videos that are shorter, candid, and showcase your unique personality tend to perform the best.
This video message will not change based on the prospect it is being sent to, meaning that you'll not want to address anyone by name or use any language intended for a single individual.
If you have multiple agents targeting the same list of leads, feel free to upload the same video to each of the agents.
We recommend that you record a unique video for each distinct audience that your agents are targeting. Meaning If 1 agent is going after universities your video can have some language specific to higher-ed, while another agent targeting marketing companies can have marketing specific language!
Don't try to pitch your business, use these videos to just ad a personal touch and ask them to do take whatever action you'd like!
This call-to-action is a great way to add a personal touch to your emails and shows prospects that you took time to make a video just for them!
AI Chat Agent
