What emails do my AI Agents send to prospects?

All AI Agents are pre-programmed to send different types of emails, depending on the status of your prospect.

Here's a breakdown of each sequence:

Initial Email

When creating / editing your AI Agents you'll be able to see and customize the content and messaging of the emails that your AI Agents will send to prospects.

If a prospect does not book a meeting or initiate a conversation with you or your AI Agent, they'll only receive a maximum of 3 emails before being removed from this sequence.

Every email in this sequence will be a re-written version of the sample email.

Prospect Conversation

If a prospect engages your AI Agent in a chat conversation on your landing page they'll be moved into the conversation sequence. This sequence is similar to the initial email but will use any context given from their conversation with the prospect to further tailor follow up emails.

Meeting Booked

Once the prospect books a meeting they will be sent a confirmation email with details about the meeting date & time.

Missed Meeting

If a prospect misses a meeting, you can mark them as a no-show within the B2B Rocket platform. To do this, navigate to the Leads page > Click the Meetings subtab > find the contact and press the no-show button.
