1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the AI Agents tab.
2. A campaign whose AI agent you want to conduct a test chat with, click the Public Chat Link button. This copies the public chat link to the clipboard.
3. Paste this public chat link in a new tab. This opens a mock test chat window for you to talk with your AI agent.
Note: This will be a test link for you to test and train your AI agent, you may ignore any formatting error since it is just an internal test link not the one your prospects will see
4. Responses your AI agent gives are all based on the content you provide while setting up your AI Agent and filling 3 text fields that include:
Description product or service
Description of your service/expertise/strong selling points
Most appealing and exciting success stories
