Users can connect their HubSpot account to easily transfer leads from the B2B Rocket platform to their CRM.

What does the HubSpot integration do?

This integration syncs your contacts between the B2B Rocket platform and HubSpot.


How to setup the HubSpot integration.

Login to the B2B Rocket platform > Click Settings from the left menu bar

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Settings screen.

2. From the options displayed on the left navigation bar, click Integrations. This takes you to the Integrations section.


​3. Click Hubspot. Doing so takes you to the Hubspot connection screen.


​4. From here, click Sign into your Hubspot account button to sign into your existing Hubspot account.


​5. In case you want to create a new Hubspot account, click the Create a New Hubspot Account button.


What information gets synced?

Any information collected through the B2B Rocket platform will be synced with your HubSpot account.

This information includes, but is not limited to:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Title

  • Company

  • Email

  • Industry


How often do leads auto-transfer?

If the auto-sync feature is enabled, leads will transfer from the B2B Rocket platform to Hubspot once every hour.


How do I know if my leads were synced?

To check this click on the Leads page, then look for the column that says "POSTED TO HUBSPOT".

If a contact was synced it will be marked as "Yes" and if a contact has not yet been synced it will be marked as "No".


How do I know the last time my leads were synced with HubSpot?

You can check this by going into the settings page, then clicking on the Integrations subtab. There will be a date and timestamp of the last sync.


What if I want to sync my leads to HubSpot manually?

You certainly can! Simply navigate to the Leads page, then click the checkbox next to the contact you wish to sync, then press the "Transfer to HubSpot" button.
