Process Halted is a term used to describe a situation where the AI agent has exhausted all available leads within a specific set of search filters. When this occurs, the system can no longer generate new leads and instead starts sending emails to already-generated leads, resulting in redundancy.
In other words, the AI Agent, which utilizes a predefined list of filters to search our database for potential leads, has run out of new leads to find. This typically means that the current search parameters are too restrictive or have already been fully utilized.
To resolve this issue and continue generating fresh leads, users have two options:
Edit Search Filters: Users can return to their search settings and adjust the filters to broaden the criteria. Some of the most common ways users adjust the filters to find more leads include:
Adding or expanding geographic locations to include a larger or different area.
Adding more job titles to capture a wider range of potential contacts.
Adding more keywords related to the industry or specific roles.
Increasing the company size or employee count criteria to include larger or smaller companies.
Removing overly specific filters that may be limiting the search results.

Upload Own Leads: Users can also upload their own leads by importing a CSV file. This allows the AI agent to process and send emails to the new list of leads provided by the user, thereby bypassing the limitations of the database search.
