How to Access Conversations?

1. Upon successful login, click Conversations from the left navigation bar. Doing so takes you to the AI Agents Conversations screen.


​2. Here, all AI agents having lead-oriented conversations are listed in a panel on the left side.

3. Clicking an agent chat opens the chat history. The number of unread messages is also displayed in each chat row.

4. As a chat row is clicked, it expands into the conversation history displayed at the center and the relevant email history displayed in a panel on the right.


​5. A message editor is also displayed allowing you to type in and send a new message in the chat. Once the message is entered, click the Send button.

6. To send an email, click the Mail button located at the top-right corner of the screen.


​7. To view the lead on LinkedIn, click the LinkedIn icon next to the Mail icon.

8. You can also search for a specific conversation using the search bar atop the conversations list.
