1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Leads screen.

2. From the tabs listed at the top, click Unsubscribe. Doing so takes you to the unsubscribed leads grid.

3. Here, data for all unsubscribed leads is tabulated via various columns that include #, First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, Location, Email, and Date.

4. User actions like searching, sorting, exporting to .CSV, and transferring to Zoho work in a similar way as explained for the All Leads grid.
