1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Leads screen.

2. From the tabs listed at the top, click Conversations. Doing so takes you to the conversation leads grid.

3. Here, data for all conversation leads is tabulated via various columns that include #, First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, Location, Email, and Date.

4. User actions like searching, sorting, exporting to .CSV, and transferring to Zoho are similar as described for All leads grid.
