1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Leads screen.

2. From the tabs listed at the top, click Opened. Doing so takes you to the opened leads grid.

3. Here, data for all opened leads is tabulated via various columns that include #, First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, Location, Email, and Date.

4. Clicking the downward arrow from the end of the row reveals further details regarding the lead tabulated via Title, Company, Location, Profile, Industry, and Activity Type.

5. User actions like searching, sorting, exporting, and transferring to Zoho work in a similar fashion as for the All leads grid.
