How to View Conversations for a Campaign?

B2B Rocket > Left Navigation Bar > AI Agents

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the AI Agents screen.

2. From the AI Agents grid, click the conversations icon located under the Quick Links column.


​3. As a result, you land on the Conversations module where the conversations for the selected campaign are displayed.


​4. From here, you can click a conversation from the panel on the left to view agent chat history.
