1. Upon landing on the login page, click the Forgot password? hyperlink. This takes you to the Forgot password? screen.

2. Here, use the Email field to enter the email address with which your account is registered.

3. Click the Reset password button. This sends a password recovery email to the provided email address.

4. Open your email inbox and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your account password.
