Understanding your usage is the key to managing resources efficiently. The Usage & Features section provides a clear snapshot of your active subscription, feature quotas, and add-ons, helping you stay on top of limits while scaling your operations smoothly.

This guide will walk you through how to interpret usage metrics, monitor subscription activity, and manage add-ons effectively, ensuring you get the most out of your plan.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon from the bottom-left sidebar.

Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.

Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Usage & Features tab.

This section displays your available feature credits, current usage versus quota, and key subscription details such as activation, reset, and expiry dates.

Current Subscription

See an overview of your active plan, including the package type, purchase date, reset date, and expiry. Use Manage Subscription to change, upgrade, or cancel your plan.

Credits & Usage

Track how your allocated credits are being consumed across different features. Each bar shows used versus total quota:

Category

Description

AI

Tracks the usage of AI-powered features.

Leads

Monitors the number of leads generated or processed.

Email Validation

Shows how many email addresses have been verified.

AI Voice Agent Minutes

Measures the minutes consumed by AI voice agents for calls.

Forward Call Minutes

Tracks the minutes used for forwarding calls through the system.

Add-Ons

Keep your add-ons up to date to extend platform functionality. From here, you can view the status, expiry dates, and quantities of any active or expired add-ons.

Step 1: Click on the Manage Addon button.

Step 2: A new window will appear, where you can enhance your plan with addons from the following:

  • LinkedIn Accounts: Unlock LinkedIn automation tools for profile visits, connection requests, and messaging.
    ​

  • AI Voice Agent Minutes: Get additional minutes for AI-powered voice calling to scale your outreach with ease.

Step 3: Once selected, click on the Continue button.
