Manage Domains

Updated this week

The Domain feature lets you connect and manage custom domains within your workspace.

It’s primarily used to enable authenticated email sending, improve deliverability, and support white-labeling.

By verifying domains and monitoring their status, you ensure your outreach is trusted, consistent, and aligned with your brand identity.

Let’s get started 🚀

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Domain option on the Left-hand sidebar.

You’ll be directed to the Domain Page, which displays all added domains and their current status.

Add Domain

Add a new domain by entering its name to begin the verification process.

Step 1: Click on the Add Domain button in the top-right corner.

A modal window will appear, where you can enter your domain name. For Example -test.com, facebook.com

Step 2: Click on the Add button to add the domain to your workspace.

Note: The newly added domain will appear with a Pending Status until it is verified.

Search and Filters

Search Bar:

The Search Bar at the top of the page allows you to quickly find a domain by typing its name.

Filter by Status:

Step 1: Click the Status dropdown menu to filter domains by their verification status.

Step 2: Use the dropdown to filter:

Option

Description

All

Shows all domains regardless of status.

Verified

Displays only domains that are successfully verified.

Pending

Displays domains that are still waiting for verification.

Failed

Displays domains with failed verification attempts.

Selecting a filter will update the list of domains to show only those with the selected status.

View Domain List

The Domain list shows all domains added to your workspace, along with their status, region, creation time, and available actions.

Step 1: In the domain list, locate the Domain you want to review.

Step 2: Click the eye icon beside the domain name.

A modal window will open displaying the DNS records required for verification.

These records are essential for confirming your domain ownership and ensuring that the domain can be used for authenticated email sending.

Domain

Description

TXT

Adds a unique verification code to your DNS settings for domain ownership verification.

SPF

Defines authorized mail servers for your domain, preventing fraudulent emails and improving email deliverability.

DKIM

Adds a digital signature to emails, ensuring they remain untampered and verifying the sender’s authenticity.

CNAME

Links the DKIM selector to a public key, verifying the sender's authenticity and preventing email fraud.

Refresh

Updates the domain’s status and DNS record information, ensuring the latest verification status and changes are displayed.

Status

Indicates whether the domain is Pending, Verified, or has an Error, providing insights into the domain's verification progress and any required actions.

Note: Use these DNS records to complete domain verification through your DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.). The domain will update to Verified once all required records are correctly configured.

Delete a Domain

The Actions Menu in the Domains page allows you to manage your domains effectively.

Step 1: Click on the Vertical ellipsis button under the Action column.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click the Remove option.

Step 3: A confirmation window will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete the domain?"

Step 4: To proceed, click the Confirm button. This will permanently remove the domain from your workspace.

Once confirmed, the domain will be removed, and the list will automatically update to reflect the change.
