Add and Manage User

Administrators in the Partner/White Label portal can add/invite new users, assign subscription plans, monitor activity, and manage account access from a centralized dashboard. This includes onboarding users as well as performing key actions like enabling or disabling accounts, resetting passwords, and removing users to ensure appropriate access and alignment with operational needs.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the White Label option on the Left-hand sidebar.

You will navigate to the White Label page to view and access various tabs and settings.

Add User

Add a new user by entering their email and generating a secure password.

Step 1: Click on the Add New User button to add and onboard a new user to the platform.

A modal window will appear displaying fields to input the required information.

Step 2: Enter the email address in the Email field.

Step 3: Create a password for the email and enter it in the Password field.

NOTE: You can also generate a password by clicking on the Auto-Generate button.

Step 4: Click on the Create button to proceed.

The new user will be added successfully.

Step 5: Click on the Manage button to view the workspace of the user.

Here you can view and access the Workspace of the newly added user.

Manage User

You can control account access, update user details, and perform key actions such as resetting, deleting, or assigning subscriptions.

Step 1: Select the user whose account you want to manage.

Step 2: Click on the vertical ellipsis button under the Action column.

Here you will view various options to manage the user account.

Options

Description

Status

This toggle button instantly activates or deactivates a user’s access to the platform.

View Domain

Displays the custom domain associated with the user’s white-labeled portal.

Subscription

Allocate or modify the user's subscription plan from the available options

Reset Passwords

Send a password reset link to the email address of the user or generate a new one manually.

Delete

Permanently remove the user and all associated access from the platform.
