The AI Voice Call Setup allows you to manage phone numbers, configure forwarding rules, add voice calls to campaigns, and track call analytics. Keeping phone numbers centralized ensures accurate data, while forwarding rules provide a fallback to human agents when needed.
Campaign integration enables automated outbound calling, and analytics help you review call performance.

Add Phone Number
Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Accounts icon from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: By default, you will land on the Email tab. Click on the Phone Numbers tab.
Here you will see the list of phone numbers connected to your account.
Step 3: Click on the +Add New button located at the top right corner to add a new phone number to your account.
A new modal window titled Add a New Phone Number will appear.
Step 4: Set your phone number preferences by selecting the Country (e.g., United States) and, optionally, the Area Code, then click Search.
A list of phone numbers will appear based on your search.
Step 5: Select the phone number you want, then click Purchase Selected.
Step 6: A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click Confirm Purchase to complete the purchase process.
Once confirmed, a success message will appear on the screen indicating that your phone number has been added successfully.
Forward Phone Numbers
To add forwarding numbers to route calls to a human if the AI agent gets stuck or the person on the call asks for help.
Add Voice Calls to Your Campaign
AI voice calls enable real-time, automated engagement with prospects. They help streamline outreach and improve campaign performance.
Step 1: Go to the Campaigns tab from the left-hand sidebar.
This takes you to the Campaigns page, where you can view existing campaigns or create a new one.
Step 2: Open an existing campaign or click Create New Campaign to start a new one.
The selected campaign window will open.
Step 3: Click on the Settings tab at the top right corner to view the Accounts option.
Step 4: Add the Phone Number from the provided list of numbers to your campaign.
Step 5: Click on the Sequence tab to access and manage the campaign’s outreach steps.
Step 6: Click on the Add Steps button to insert a new action into the campaign flow.
Step 7: Under AI Outbound Phone Call Actions, click on Call.
Step 8: A new window will open for the call step. Click on Add Variant.
Step 9: Configure the basic settings for your voice variant:
1 | Subject | Enter a name (e.g., Initial Call) to identify this voice step.

2 | Agent Voice | Choose a voice for your AI agent from the dropdown menu. Use the Play button next to each option to preview the voice before selecting. For example- Jessica (American, Expressive etc), Archer(English, Calm), Eric(American, Friendly). |
3 | First Message | A default message is provided—you can edit it if needed. |
Customize the instructions and fill in company details to help the AI personalize conversations dynamically.
Step 10: Once everything is set, click Save to add the variant to your voice call step.
Step 11: Click Test Call, enter a phone number, and initiate a call to hear how your AI agent sounds in action.
Review the test call. If everything sounds right, save your changes and activate the campaign.
Voice Call Analytics
Monitor call performance through detailed analytics, including connection rates, missed calls, scheduled meetings, and overall engagement metrics.
Step 1: Click on the Analytics option at the top right corner.
Step 2: Click on the Analytics Type drop-down menu.
Step 3: Select the Voice Call option to view the detailed analytics of all the voice calls.
