Add Phone Numbers

Managing phone numbers under each account helps teams and AI agents streamline voice outreach by keeping contact details centralized and easy to access. Users can store and label numbers (e.g., Mobile, Office), track call statuses, and assign ownership.

This ensures accurate data is always available for real-time conversations. With validated and organized information, outreach becomes faster, more reliable, and less error-prone, enhancing the overall calling experience.

Add New Phone Number

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Accounts icon from the left-hand sidebar.

Step 2: By default, you will land on the Email tab. Click on the Phone Numbers tab.

Here you will see the list of phone numbers connected to your account.

Step 3: Click on the +Add New button located at the top right corner to add a new phone number to your account.

A modal window titled "Acknowledgment Required" will appear.

Step 4: Check the box that says “I acknowledge and agree to the above statements”, then click the I Acknowledge button.

A new modal window titled Add a New Phone Number will appear.

Step 5: Set your phone number preferences by selecting the Country (e.g., United States) and, optionally, the Area Code, then click Search.

A list of phone numbers will appear based on your search.

Step 6: Select the phone number you want, then click Purchase Selected.

Step 7: A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click Confirm to complete the purchase process.

Once confirmed, a success message will appear on the screen indicating that your phone number has been added successfully.

Forward Phone Numbers

To add forwarding numbers to route calls to a human if the AI agent gets stuck or the person on the call asks for help.

Add Voice Calls to Your Campaign

AI voice calls enable real-time, automated engagement with prospects. They help streamline outreach and improve campaign performance.

Step 1: Go to the Campaigns tab from the left-hand sidebar.

This takes you to the Campaigns page, where you can view existing campaigns or create a new one.

Step 2: Open an existing campaign or click Create New Campaign to start a new one.

The selected campaign window will open.

Step 3: Click on the Sequences tab to access and manage the campaign’s outreach steps.

Step 4: Click on the Add Steps button to insert a new action into the campaign flow.

Step 5: Under AI Outbound Phone Call Actions, click on Call.

Step 6: A new window will open for the call step. Click on Add Variant.

Step 7: Configure the basic settings for your voice variant:

Subject

Enter a name (e.g., Initial Call) to identify this voice step.

Agent Voice

Choose a voice for your AI agent from the dropdown menu. Use the Play button next to each option to preview the voice before selecting.

For example - Jessica (American, Expressive etc)

Archer(English, Calm)

Eric(American, Friendly).

First Message

A default message is provided—you can edit it if needed.

Customize the instructions and fill in company details to help the AI personalize conversations dynamically.

Step 8: Once everything is set, click Save to add the variant to your voice call step.

Step 9: Click Test Call, enter a phone number, and initiate a call to hear how your AI agent sounds in action.

Review the test call. If everything sounds right, save your changes and activate the campaign.
