The Multichannel Analytics page centralizes these insights, allowing you to evaluate daily activity and campaign effectiveness with visual data and adjust strategies for better results.

Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Analytics icon on the left side navigation menu.
Step 2: Click on the Analytics Type drop-down menu and select the Multi-Channel type.
This page offers a detailed view of multichannel outreach performance using key metrics, filterable timelines, and visual graphs to track leads, invitations, and messages over time. This applies filters by date or AI agent and switches views to analyse specific campaign trends.
Key Outreach Metrics
View a quick summary of your lead generation, invitation responses, and message activity across all channels.
Metrics | Description |
Leads | The total number of leads in a specific date range |
Invitations Sent | The total number of invitations that are sent |
Invitations Accepted | The total number of invitations that are approved |
Invitations Rejected | The total number of invitations that are rejected |
Messages Sent | The total number of messages that are sent |
Graph Representation
The graph represents a day-wise breakdown of outreach activity, using color-coded bars. The horizontal axis indicates the date, and the vertical axis shows the number of actions performed each day.
Step 1: Hover over any of the bars to view its details.
Step 2: Click any of the bar codes to exclude that analysis and focus on the specific data.
NOTE: You can change the view of the graph as per the weeks and months by clicking on the Past Days drop-down menu at the top left corner. |
Lead List Filters
Use these filters to switch between views for leads generated, messages sent, and connection requests.
Step 1: Under the Leads Generated tab, you can view the list of all the leads.
Step 2: Click on the Message Sent tab to view all the sent messages.
Here, you can view the details of the receiver.
Step 3: Click on the drop-down arrow icon to view the additional details of the receiver.
Here you can view the recipient's engagement details, including how many times they opened the email, clicked links, replied, viewed pages or videos, and their current stage in the outreach sequence.
Step 4: Click on the Sequence option to view the complete outreach flow assigned to the lead.
A modal window will appear displaying the detailed sequence of outreach steps scheduled for the selected lead, including emails, LinkedIn actions, delays between steps, and any deleted or pending activities.
Step 5: Click on the Connection Sent tab to view leads with sent LinkedIn requests.
Here you can view the list of leads who have received LinkedIn connection requests.
NOTE: You can view the status as well by clicking on the Created drop-down. |
Customize Analytics View
Use these filters to customize your analytics view based on data type, AI agent, and reporting preferences.
Step 1: Click on the View drop-down menu to change the view of the page.
Here, you can see the changed view of the page.
Step 2: Click on the AI Agent drop-down menu to filter analytics data based on a specific AI agent.
Step 3: Select an AI Agent from the list.
Here you can view the performance metrics and engagement data specific to the selected AI agent, helping you assess its effectiveness in your outreach campaigns.
Step 4: Click on the Export drop-down to access additional reporting options.
The report will be downloaded to your system.
