Connect with HubSpot

The HubSpot integration connects your HubSpot CRM to the platform, enabling seamless lead syncing. Once connected, leads generated through campaigns are automatically transferred into HubSpot, eliminating manual data entry. This ensures your sales team has immediate access to fresh leads within their existing workflow.

Whether you're using email outreach or Lead Finder, all new leads will be synced directly to HubSpot, allowing your team to track and manage them efficiently throughout the sales process.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon in the bottom-left sidebar.

Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.

Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Integrations tab at the top.

You’re now on the Integrations page, where you can connect CRMs, marketing platforms, and website tracking.

Step 4: Click on the Connect button to authorize access to your HubSpot CRM account.

Upon clicking on the Connect button, you will be redirected to the Sign Up page for Zoho.

HubSpot Integration

Integrate your HubSpot CRM account to sync leads from the platform automatically.

Step 1: Click on the Create Account button to create your HubSpot account.

Step 2: Enter your Email address in the field.

Step 3: Click on the Verify button to proceed.

Step 4: Choose the account you want to integrate with HubSpot and click on the Choose account button.

Step 5: Click on the Connect button to proceed.

You will be navigated back to the Settings page.

Step 6: Click on the Integration tab at the top.

Your account will be integrated successfully.

Set Up HubSpot

Set up your HubSpot integration to enable automatic lead syncing and ownership assignment within your CRM.

Step 1: Turn on the Auto Transfer Lead toggle to enable automatic synchronization of new lead data into HubSpot.

Step 2: Select the Use Single Default Owner for All Agents option to ensure all leads are transferred to one HubSpot user.

Step 3: Click on the Select Owner drop-down menu to view the default owner name.

Step 4: Select the owner’s name to proceed.

Step 5: Click on the Save Changes button.

Your changes will be saved successfully.

NOTE: You can also choose another owner by selecting the Use Different Owner for Different Agents option.

Transfer Leads to HubSpot

Transfer leads to HubSpot to manage and track them directly within your CRM workflow.

Step 1: Navigate to the Lead sections from the sidebar.

Step 2: Click on any of the leads that you want to transfer to HubSpot. For demonstration purposes, we will proceed with Jessica.

Step 3: Click on the Transfer To drop-down menu at the top right corner to view various lead transfer options.

Step 4: Click on the HubSpot option to proceed.

Step 5: Click on the Transfer button to transfer your lead to HubSpot.

The lead will be transferred successfully.
