The Zoho integration allows you to connect your Zoho CRM account to automate the flow of leads from your outbound campaigns. Once connected, leads generated through tools like Lead Finder or email sequences can be directly synced to your Zoho CRM in real-time.

This helps your sales team manage leads efficiently within their existing Zoho workflow without switching between platforms or manually copying data.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon in the bottom-left sidebar.

Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.

Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Integrations tab at the top.

You’re now on the Integrations page, where you can connect CRMs, marketing platforms, and website tracking.

Step 4: Click on the Connect button to authorize access to your Zoho CRM account.

Upon clicking on the Connect button, you will be redirected to the Sign Up page for Zoho.

Integrate your Zoho CRM account to sync leads from the platform automatically.

Step 1: Enter the Email address or mobile number in the field.

Step 2: Click on the Next button to proceed.

Step 3: Click on the Accept button to allow Zoho to access your data.

You will be navigated back to the Settings page.

Step 4: Click on the Integration tab at the top.

Your account will successfully integrate with Zoho.

Transfer your leads directly to Zoho CRM to manage and track them within your sales pipeline.

Step 1: Navigate to the Lead sections from the sidebar.

Step 2: Click on any of the leads that you want to transfer to Zoho. For demonstration purposes, we will proceed with Joseph.

Step 3: Click on the Transfer To drop-down menu at the top right corner to view various lead transfer options.

Step 4: Click on the Zoho option to proceed.

Step 5: Click on the Transfer button to transfer your lead to Zoho.

The lead will be transferred successfully.
