Let’s get started 🚀
Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon in the bottom left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.
Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Calendar tab.
You’ll now access all options to manage integrated calendars, configure working hours, and fine-tune scheduling preferences.
Connected Calendar Accounts
Keep your calendar in sync with your real-time schedule. Connecting your calendar prevents double bookings and ensures meetings appear on your primary work calendar.
Option | Description |
Connected Email | Displays the calendar currently in sync, e.g., [email protected]. |
Connection Status | A green dot indicates the calendar is connected successfully. |
Add Calendar Account | Use this to link Google, Outlook, or other supported calendars. |
Edit Accounts | Remove, update, or reconnect your linked calendar accounts. |
Set Working Hours / Availability
This allows you to set your weekly availability for scheduling. Define the days and hours you're open to meetings.
Weekly View Grid
The availability grid lets you specify:
Days of the Week: (e.g., Monday–Friday available; Saturday & Sunday off).
Time Ranges: Define hour blocks (e.g., 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Option | Description |
Available Hours | Shown in green, these are the times you're bookable. |
Unavailable Blocks | Greyed-out slots indicate you're off or unavailable. |
Time Zone Selector | Adjust working hours to your local or preferred timezone. |
Day-by-Day Flexibility | You can click and drag to customize different hours for different days. |
Save More Rules | Create exceptions, holiday blocks, or unique rules for specific days. |
Timezone Settings
Ensures meeting invites and schedules are adjusted according to your current or working location.
Option | Description |
Current Timezone | You can change it if you are working in a different region temporarily. |
Note: All time blocks and scheduling rules will follow this selected timezone.
Meeting Duration
Set how long your typical meetings last. This ensures meetings don’t run too long and that your availability reflects accurate time use.
Option | Description |
15 Minutes | Great for quick check-ins or stand-ups. |
30 Minutes | Standard meeting length. (Most commonly used) |
60 Minutes | Best for deep-dive discussions, demos, or strategy calls. |
Buffer Time
Buffer times help avoid back-to-back meetings and give you space to prepare, follow up, or take a break.
Option | Description |
Enable Buffer | Yes/No toggle (default: Yes) |
Buffer Duration | Choose from 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes before and/or after each meeting |
Save Buffer | Save the buffer preference to apply changes |
Note: A 15–30 min buffer prevents burnout and reduces the risk of overrunning your next meeting.
Maximum Scheduling Time
Control how far into the future people can book time on your calendar.
Option | Description |
Ongoing Scheduling | Appointments can be booked anytime in the future |
Custom Date Range | Define specific booking window (e.g., next 30 days only) |
Start/End Date Pickers | Select the available date range |
Use Case: Limit your availability if you're traveling, taking time off, or only opening your calendar for a limited campaign or event series.
Minimum Notice Time
Prevent last-minute meetings from appearing on your schedule. Use this setting to enforce a preparation window.
Field | Description |
Hours/Minutes Notice | Define how much advance notice is required (e.g., 2 hours or 1 day) |
Note: If you set a 24-hour notice, no one can book time on your calendar today; they must schedule for tomorrow or later.
After configuring, click the Save button (top right of the screen) to apply all your changes. Unsaved changes will not take effect.
Connect Calendar to Campaign
After configuring your calendar availability, you can apply it to your outreach campaigns to control when emails are sent or meetings are booked via sequence:
Step 1: Navigate to your campaign and go to the Options tab. This tab allows you to control scheduling and timing.
Step 2: Under the Configure Schedule section:
Select the working days (Mon–Fri, for example).
Set your Start Time and End Time.
Choose your Timezone (e.g., Asia/Calcutta).
This ensures your calendar availability directly controls when your outreach emails or meeting requests are triggered during active sequences.
