Manage each AI Agent’s calendar, availability, and campaign alignment in one place. Whether you’re overseeing multiple agents or refining individual booking preferences, the AI Agent Calendars page provides the tools to streamline meetings and lead engagement across campaigns.

Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Account icon in the bottom left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the Settings option to access the Account Details page.
Step 3: In the Settings page, click the Calendars tab.
Step 4: Switch to the AI Agent Calendars tab at the top.
You’re now in the AI Agent Calendars view, where you can inspect or modify availability and meeting rules for each AI Agent.
AI Agent Calendar Overview
This page lists all AI Agents assigned to outreach campaigns, including their calendar ID, agent alias, and campaign focus.
Each row includes:
Field | Description |
Agent Label | Agent's campaign name (e.g., PreRoll-Er – Tom) |
Agent ID | Internal ID, e.g., AI Agent – 8 |
Notes | Campaign role or exceptions (e.g., “30K no list”) |
Industry | Sector focus, such as “Cannabis – Product Manufacturing” |
View More | Opens detailed calendar settings for that AI Agent |
View Agent Availability
To inspect or configure an agent's working hours and booking rules:
Step 1: Click the View More button next to any agent entry.
You’ll see options to:
Set specific working hours by day
Adjust calendar sync (Google, Outlook)
Assign buffer windows between meetings
Enforce minimum scheduling notice (e.g., 1 day ahead)
Define maximum future booking windows (e.g., 30 days out)
Sync Status & Configuration
Make sure your AI Agent calendars are connected to real accounts to prevent missed meetings.
Field | Description |
Connected Email | Shows which calendar account is synced (if any) |
Status Indicator | Green dot = Successfully connected |
Add Calendar | Use this to link new external calendars |
Edit Accounts | Modify or reconnect existing accounts |
