Manage Domain Blocklist

Maintaining a clean and targeted lead database is crucial for effective email marketing and campaign performance. By managing your domain blocklist, you can prevent emails from entire domains-such as competitors, disposable email providers, or low-value sources-from receiving future communications. This protects your sender reputation, improves deliverability, and ensures your outreach is focused on high-quality prospects.

Navigation

Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Leads icon on the left side of the interface.

Step 2: In the leads dashboard, click on the Filter, and select Domain Blocklist to view all blocked domains.

Step 3: After selecting Domain Blocklist, you will be taken to the blocklist dashboard, where all blocked domains are displayed.

Search

Locate blocked domains to keep your list accurate and up-to-date. Use the search box at the top of the Domain Blocklist dashboard and enter the domain you want to find (e.g., competitor.com).

Export

Export your domain blocklist for review or backup purposes.

Click the Export button in the top right corner to download a file containing all blocked domains.

Delete

Remove domains from the blocklist to restore their eligibility for future communications.

Step 1: Select the checkboxes next to the domains you want to remove.

Step 2: Click the Delete button at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: A confirmation modal will appear. Click Delete to permanently remove the selected domains from the blocklist.

After deletion, a confirmation message will appear: "Successfully deleted!"
