Map View

The map view presents a global visualization of your website traffic. Countries are highlighted using color codes, where darker shades represent higher visitor volumes. When you hover over a specific region, a tooltip appears displaying the country name, total number of visitors, and the country’s ISO code.

Example: Hovering over the United States might show: Country: United States, Visitors: 62, ISO: USA. This helps you easily identify high-traffic regions and understand where your audience is geographically concentrated.

Visitor Details

The Visitor Details section offers a detailed look at individual companies visiting your website. It allows you to trace who is interacting with your platform, from where, and how often. This helps in assessing lead quality and planning outreach activities effectively.

Identify and Shortlist Potential Visitors

After exploring the data in Map View, Visitor Details, and Visitor Trends Charts, the next step is to identify and shortlist potential leads for outreach. Here’s how you can filter and focus on the right leads:

Filter by Company Domain

The Company Domain filter allows you to search for specific companies that have visited your site. You can use this to target visitors from companies you want to engage with.

Example: If you are targeting dataprovider.com, use the Company Domain filter to show all visitors associated with that domain.

Filter by Visitor Location

The Location field in the Visitor Details section provides valuable insights into where your visitors are coming from. This data is crucial for tailoring your outreach to specific regions or countries, helping you focus on the most relevant geographical areas for your marketing campaigns. By using the Company Location filter, you can easily refine your search to target visitors from particular locations, making your outreach efforts even more precise and effective.

Example: If a visitor is from Montreal, Quebec, you can use the filter to target Quebec-based leads for your campaigns, ensuring your outreach is localized and relevant to the region.

Shortlist Employees from Targeted Companies

Once you’ve identified potential companies, the next step is to drill down further and target specific employees from those companies. Here’s how:

Step 1: Select the checkbox next to the company name you want to focus on.

Step 2: Once the company is selected, click the Search Employees button at the top right of the screen.

Step 3: After clicking the Search Employees button, the list of employees associated with the selected company will appear.
