Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the People search icon on the left side of the interface.
Step 2: You will navigate to the People search page.
Person Info
This section lets you refine your search by the attributes of the individuals you're targeting. This includes:
General
This allows users to search and filter people based on their name, email, or LinkedIn URL, with options to exclude specific details from the search results.
Attributes | Description |
Search Field | A text input field for entering a name, email, or LinkedIn URL to start the search. |
Select the Type of Match | Checkboxes for selecting what data to match: Person Name, Person Email, or Person LinkedIn URL. |
Exclude Person Name / Email / LinkedIn | A text input field to exclude specific names, emails, or LinkedIn URLs from the search results. |
Select the Type of Match (Exclude) | Checkboxes for selecting what data to exclude: Person Name, Person Email, or Person LinkedIn URL. |
For example: Search for "John Doe" by name while excluding "Jane Smith" by email using the match and exclude checkboxes.
Person Location
This allows users to filter people based on specific locations or exclude certain locations from the search results.
Attributes | Description |
Person Location | A text input field is used to select a location to filter people by their location. |
Exclude Locations | A text input field to exclude specific locations from the search results. |
For example: Filter people located in "New York" while excluding those from "Dallas" using the location fields.
Person Role & Department
This allows users to filter people based on their job title, department, or whether a phone number is required for the search results.
Attributes | Description |
Titles / Roles | A text input field is used to select specific job titles or roles to filter people. |
Department | A text input field to select a specific department for filtering people. |
Phone Number required | A checkbox option to filter people based on whether their phone number is required. |
For example: Find a "Software Developer" in the "Customer Service" department who has a phone number available by using the role, department, and phone filter options.
Note: Users can filter leads with phone numbers only by selecting the "Phone Number Required" checkbox for calling campaigns.
Company Info
This section lets users refine their lead search using detailed company-related filters. You can zoom in on the following attributes to target the most relevant prospects for your campaign.
Industry
This allows users to filter people by specific industries or exclude certain industries from the search results to refine their search.
Attributes | Description |
Select Industries | A text input field to select specific industries for filtering people. |
Exclude Industries | A text input field to exclude specific industries from the search results. |
For example: Filter people working in the "Automotive" industry while excluding those from the "Food and beverage" industry using the industry fields.
Company Domain
This enables users to filter people by their specific company domain or exclude certain company domains from the search results to refine the search.
Attributes | Description |
Select Company Domain | A text input field to select specific company domains for filtering people. |
Exclude Company Domains | A text input field to exclude specific company domains from the search results. |
For example: Filter people working at "kybox.com" while excluding those from "yancyebros.com" using the company domain fields.
Number of Employees
This allows users to filter search results by predefined ranges of company sizes or by specifying a custom range for the number of employees in a company.
Attributes | Description |
Predefined Range | A dropdown menu to select a predefined range for the number of employees in a company. |
Custom Range | A checkbox option to specify a custom range for the number of employees. |
For example: Filter companies with 51-100 employees using the predefined range, or set your own range with the custom option.
Funding
This allows users to filter search results by specifying a funding amount range or a funding date range to refine the results based on funding criteria.
Attributes | Description |
Funding Amount | Two text input fields for specifying a minimum and maximum funding amount. |
Funding Date | Two date input fields for specifying a start and end date for funding. |
For example: Filter companies with funding between "$100" and "$50,000" from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, using the funding amount and date fields.
Technologies
This allows users to filter results based on specific technologies associated with companies or individuals, using a text input field by selecting it.
For example: Filter search results by selecting technologies like "Akamai" or "Azure," or manually enter additional technologies to narrow down your search.
Keywords
This allows users to filter results by including or excluding company-related keywords and selecting the match type for both inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Attributes | Description |
Include Company Keywords | A text input field to enter keywords related to the company for filtering the search results. |
Exclude Company Keywords | A text input field to enter keywords that should be excluded from the search results. |
For example: Filter search results by including "Vidaa" as a company keyword, excluding "manufacturing" in the industry.
Buying Intent
This helps refine search results based on the intent to purchase, allowing users to filter by specific topics of interest that signal buying intent.
For example: Select at least one buying intent topic by clicking "Edit" to refine search results based on specific intent topics like “SpaceX from Aerospace”.
