Integrating a DFY (Done-For-You) account enables seamless automation, allowing you to manage your email and domain services efficiently. This setup enhances operational workflows, saves time, and ensures smoother domain management. Connecting your DFY account allows you to optimize your email outreach and streamline business processes, empowering your team to focus on more strategic tasks.
In this documentation, weβll walk you through the steps to add a DFY account.

Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Accounts icon from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: By default, you will be navigated to the Email Accounts tab. Here, you can view all connected email accounts.
Step 3: Click on the Add New button located at the top right corner to connect your DFY account.
A modal window titled "Connect Your Account" will appear, where you can select DFY as the email service provider.
Step 4: Click the "Add New Order" button located on the right side of the "Order Status" page.
Step 5: Click on the β > β arrow of the Gmail | G-Suite option.
Step 6: Select your preferred domain type (.com or .org), and enter your domain name or relevant keywords in the search field.
Step 7: Once entered, click on the Search button.
Step 8: Select the preferred domain/domains that you want to use for creating email addresses.
Note: Each domain you add includes 3 G-Suite inboxes by default. These inboxes can be used for cold outreach campaigns (sending and managing responses to prospects).
Step 9: Click the Next button to proceed with the order.
Step 10: After clicking Next, you will be directed to the Order page.
This table represents the fields where data is entered in the Order section:
Ref No. | Field | Description |
1. | Forwarding Domain | Enter the domain you wish to forward (e.g., https://www.example.com). |
2. | First Name | Enter the first name of the contact. |
3. | Last Name | Enter the last name of the contact. |
Tip: All lookalike domains should forward to your primary domain to protect sender reputation.
Step 11: Once you've filled in the details, click on the Place Order button to add the domain to the order.
Step 12: Once you place the order, your domain will be listed under your active domains.
Here, you can view the domain, its provider, purchase date, and its status.
