When a mailbox is disconnected, it must be removed and reconnected to restore its functionality. This process involves deleting the disconnected mailbox, selecting your email provider, confirming IMAP access, signing in with your credentials, and completing phone verification. Once the steps are completed, the mailbox will appear with a "Connected" status, confirming successful integration.

Navigate
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Accounts icon from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: By default, you will be navigated to the Email Accounts tab. Here, you can view all connected and disconnected email accounts.
Step 3: Click on the search bar to find the specific disconnected mailbox by email, or use the filter option to display all disconnected mailboxes.
Delete Mailbox
To restore functionality, you first need to delete the disconnected mailbox before reconnecting it.
Step 1: Click Delete next to the disconnected mailbox.
A confirmation modal will appear asking if you want to permanently delete the account.
Step 2: Click Delete to confirm and proceed with account removal.
Once the account is successfully deleted, a confirmation message "Account deleted successfully" will appear at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Reconnect Mailbox
After deleting the disconnected mailbox, follow these steps to reconnect it and restore its functionality.
Step 1: Click on the Add New button located at the top right corner to start reconnecting the mailbox.
A modal window titled "Connect Your Account" will appear, allowing you to choose your preferred email service provider. Select the option that matches your email setup to proceed with the connection.
For demonstration purposes, we have selected the Google Workspace account option.
Step 2: A modal window titled "Connect Your Account" will appear with setup instructions. Read the instructions carefully, and then click “I confirm that IMAP has been enabled”.
Step 3: You’ll be prompted with two connection options. Click the Recommended button for faster setup and better stability.
Step 4: A new screen will prompt you to grant Instant SDR access to your Google Workspace. Read the instructions carefully, then click the Sign In button to continue.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Google Sign-In page. Enter the email address of the mailbox you want to reconnect and click Next.
Step 6: Enter the password for the mailbox and click Next.
Step 7: You’ll be asked to verify your identity by entering a phone number. Enter your phone number and click Next.
Step 8: Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone and click Next.
Step 9: Once verification is complete, you will be redirected back to the platform, and the mailbox will appear with a Connected status.
