Navigation
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the contacts icon on the left side of the interface.
Step 2: You will navigate to the list dashboard, where you will see the created lead lists.
View Leads
Viewing lead details allows you to access key information such as name, email, phone number, job title, and organization. The table below explains each field displayed, helping you understand the data available for each lead.
Step 1: Click on Lists in the left panel to view the underlying leads of the selected list on the right side, showing details like names, emails, and verification status.

3. | Last Name | Displays the last name of the lead. |
4. | Title | Shows the job title of the lead (e.g., General Manager, Owner). |
5. | Company | Displays the company or organization the lead works for. |
6. | Location | Shows the geographic location (City, State, Country). |
7. | Displays the lead’s email address. | |
8. | Industry | Provides the industry type of the lead’s organization (e.g., Automotive). |
9. | Profile | Provides a LinkedIn profile link to view the lead’s professional profile. |

Filter Leads
You will use the filter options in the search bar to quickly find and organize leads. Filters allow you to search by specific criteria like name, email, location, or industry, making it easier to access the leads you need.

3. | Sent | Displays leads to whom emails have been sent. |

7. | Replies | Shows leads who replied to your emails. |
8. | Video Views | Displays leads who viewed your videos. |
9. | Website Clicks | Shows leads who clicked through to your website. |
10. | Conversations | Displays leads who engaged in conversations. |
11. | Meetings | Shows leads with meetings booked. |
12. | Unsubscribe | Displays leads who unsubscribed from your communication. |
13. | Bounced | Shows leads whose emails bounced. |
14. | Email Blocklist | Displays leads whose email addresses are blocklisted. |
15. | Domain Blocklist | Shows leads associated with domains that are blocklisted. |
Sort Lead
Sorting leads helps you organize them based on their addition date. You can choose to view leads starting from the oldest or the newest, making it easier to manage and track them.

1. | Oldest First | Sorts the leads by the oldest first, showing the earliest added leads at the top. |
2. | Newest First | Sorts the leads by the newest first, showing the most recently added leads at the top. |
Export Lead
The Export feature enables you to download or save lead data from the dashboard for external use, reporting, or record-keeping purposes.
Step 1: Click on the checkbox next to the lead(s) you want to export.
Step 2: Click on the Export dropdown at the top of the dashboard and choose one of the following:

2. | View Export History | Opens a log of all previous exports for tracking and reference. |
Add to Blocklist
The Add to Block List feature allows you to restrict specific leads from further communication. You can block individual email addresses or entire domains to ensure no outreach is sent to them in the future.
Step 1: Click on the checkbox next to the lead(s) you want to export.
Step 2: Click on the Add to Blocklist dropdown at the top of the dashboard and choose one of the following:

1. | Add to Email Blocklist | Blocks a specific lead’s email address to stop any further communication. |
2. | Add to Domain Blocklist | Blocks the entire domain of the lead’s email address. |
Transfer Leads
The Transfer to option allows you to move selected leads directly into connected CRM platforms for streamlined management and tracking.
