Before launching your campaign, you can preview your email using the test email feature. It sends a sample to any inbox, letting you check layout, content, and sender details. Just select an active campaign, open the template from the Sequences tab, and send a quick test using the modal form.
In this documentation, we’ll walk you through the steps to send a test email.
Let’s get started🚀
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Campaigns icon from the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Once you navigate to the Campaigns dashboard, click on the active campaign you want to send a test email from.
Note: If the campaign has no emails yet, you won't be able to send a test email.
Step 3: Click on Sequences from the navigation tab, then click on the email card to open and edit the email template.
Step 4: After opening the email template, click on Send test email to preview the email before sending it to the intended recipients.
Note: A mailbox can only be used in one campaign at a time.
A modal window will appear with fields to enter the email details:

2. | Sender Email | Select a sender email from the dropdown. |
Step 5: Click Send to deliver the test email.
Step 6: After clicking Send, a confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen that says “Test email(s) sent successfully.”
After the test email is sent, the specified recipient will receive it in their inbox. This allows you to review the formatting, content, and layout before sending it to your actual audience.
