AI Chats Overview

The AI Chats section helps you view and manage conversations handled by your AI assistant across all connected contacts and campaigns. It automatically logs chat interactions and makes it easy to review, follow up, or take action—right from your Unibox dashboard.

In this documentation, we’ll explain how to use the AI Chats page to monitor, respond to, and manage your automated interactions.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your account and click the Inbox icon from the left-hand sidebar.

Step 2: You will land on the Email Inbox page by default. Click the Type dropdown and select the AI Chats option.


Here you will view the following filtering options.

Filter

Description

Date Range

Allows you to filter emails based on a specific time frame, such as the past 7 days.

Type

Filters emails by their type, which could be categorized, such as Email, etc.

Replies

Allows you to filter based on whether there are replies to the emails. Options could include all replies, none, or specific reply types.

Status

Filters by the status of the email, such as whether it is sent, opened, etc.

Mailbox

Let's you filter based on which mailbox or folder the emails belong to (e.g., inbox, sent).

AI Campaign

Enables filtering of emails related to specific AI-powered campaigns.

Step 3: Click on the Type filter, and this will take you to the AI Chats section, which displays the list of all conversations your AI has handled. Each entry includes:


Step 4: Click on the Apply button to proceed.

Note: You can use the Search bar to find specific contacts or keywords.

Step 5: Click any contact from the list to view the full conversation. This will open a detailed view of the chat history on the right-hand side.

Step 6: Review the conversation thread. In the right panel, you’ll see:

  • Sender name and initials (e.g., Alan, Jenis D)
  • Day and Date of each Chat
  • AI and user messages
  • Email History to view related email exchanges alongside the AI conversation.

Activate AI Chat Replies

Step 1: Go to your campaign and open the Options tab.

Step 2: Toggle Enable Automatic Replies to ON.

Your AI Agent will now automatically reply to emails and log those interactions in the AI Chats section.
